Congratulations to the Ballinger Family!

Mr. & Mrs. Boyce Ballinger would like to the announce the newest addition into their family.  Bailey Jean Ballinger was born on March 13, @ 0120 hrs.  She weighs 7lbs, 7 oz. and is 20 1/2 inches long. We wish little Bailey and her family all the best!
